Bujanovac, Gadžin Han, Pirot and Presevo
Within the project “Support to local sustainable development in Serbia through business incubation – poverty reduction” local non-governmental organizations EDEAS from Bujanovac and ENECA from Nis, have started organizing the information campaign with the aim to inform potential clients and relevant stakeholders with the project details.
According to the pre-arranged schedule, the information meetings will be held in the targeted municipalities of Bujanovac, Gadzin Han, Pirot and Presevo. The potential beneficiaries will be able to take over the application forms at these meetings and all information related to it.

Information meetings schedule is announced in the local media, through posters in public places in the targeted municipalities, and available at www.eneca.org.yu
Deadline for submission of the application forms is May 5, 2008, as stated in the application itself.

Kovin
Within the project ‘Housing and Income Generation Support to Refugees and IDPs in Serbia’, funded by EU through the European Agency for Reconstruction, implemented by organization HELP, a joint Commission for the allotment of housing units to refugee families accommodated in the collective centre ON “Cardak i kucice” in Deliblato, Kovin was founded. The joint Commission consists of the representatives of the Municipality of Kovin, organization HELP – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V., Commissariat for Refugees and UNHCR.
On 10th April 2008, the Commission published the announcement for allotment of 35 housing units. The deadline for submission of applications is 15 days from the day of the announcement publication.
The announcement is placed on the information borads of the Municipality of Kovin and the collective centre ON ''Cardak i kucice''. The applications, along with necessary documents, should be submitted to the refugee trustee through the reception office of the administration department in the Municipality of Kovin. After the announcement deadline the Commission will consider submitted applications and determine the preliminary list and place it on the information boards of the Municipality of Kovin and the collective centre ON “Cardak i kucice’’ Deliblato.

HELP-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e. V. participated in the fourth International Agricultural fair held in Bujanovac from 7th till 9th of April 2008.
The most successful clients in the field of agricultural production supported within the project “Support to local sustainable development in Serbia and Montenegro trough business incubation-poverty reduction” had the opportunity to exhibit their products on HELP’s stand. Six clients exhibited their agricultural products - strawberries and early vegetables from greenhouses, mushrooms, decorative flowers and various types of traditionally made goat cheese.
This way HELP supported the clients to promote their products, establish new business contacts and expand into new markets.
