Region: Municipalities of: Aleksinac, Cukarica, Umka, Soko Banja (two projects), Vranje, Osecina.

Description: 1. Municipality of Aleksinac: Elimination of bacterial pollution through water system reconstruction, installation of chlorine system and construction of new pipeline in the village of Lipovac. Approximate value of the works: 26,000 EUR.

2. Municipality of Cukarica: Flood prevention system in the village of Umka through the reconstruction of existing sewage channels and construction of retention pool for water collection, construction of the underground concrete channel and a pump station on the Sava riverbank. Approximate value: 43,500 EUR.

3. Municipality of Soko Banja: Protection of the drinking water spring on the lake Bovan, through reparation works on the existing waste disposal in the town of Soko Banja. Approximate value of this operation: 88,500 EUR. Another project in Soko Banja was aimed at the reconstruction of the sewage water recycling plant also in the town of Soko Banja. Approximate value: 98,500 EUR.

4. Municipality of Vranje: Provision of additional drinking water for the town of Vranje through the construction of six new wells, their equipping and connecting to the existing water system network. Total value of the works was approximately: 99,500 EUR.

5. Municipality of Osecina: Provision of additional drinking water for the village of Pecka, by constructing the underground dam and a filtration well, and their connection to the existing water system network. Approximate value: 91,000 EUR.
