A German humanitarian organization HELP – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. office in Nis is implementing a small scale project funded by the German Embassy in Belgrade in the value of 5000 Euros.

The project consists of purchase of orthopedic appliances and sports rehabilitation equipment for the Cerebral and children paralysis city association Nis. The Association will be supplied with anti-bedsores mattresses, pillows, cushions, paddle, tricycle with the basket, trainer, sticks with arm rests and walkers with 4 wheels.

Orthopaedic appliances and the sports rehabilitation equipment needed for the association’s members will have significant impact on their lives. It will increase their psycho-physical capacities and enable and facilitate their inclusion into every day life and local community, whereas the sports equipment will prevent disease progression of the association’s members.
