After the closure of the company she worked for, Ljiljana, believing in her own capabilities, decided to start her own business. She found the inspiration in the old craft she had learnt from her father – production of leather products : shoes, “opanak” - type of peasant shoes, belts… She found out from a friend about HELP donation and immediately sent her application. Soon after her interesting and well presented idea was approved Ljiljana started working on a donated machine. Shoe mold and leather which Ljiljana uses to produce traditional but also modern products have found their place at the market. She is planning carefully business activities to overcome successfully her first independent business year.

Ljiljana presented her products on HELP stand at the 5th International Entrepreneurship Fair for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises – Business Base at the Belgrade fair.
