Important notice to fellow citizens!
We are alerting fellow citizens and the general public that unknown persons call on behalf of the organisation Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe offering assistance. Persons who falsely present themselves as Help workers question the invited citizens about their financial situation, means of security and grossly violate the privacy of the invited person.
They also insist on paying the participation fee to check the credit balance, which Help does not do.
Please note that this is not the way Help works in Serbia nor worldwide.
We ask everyone who has received a similar call not to fall prey and to report the case to the police so that the persons responsible for such fraud and misrepresentation can be brought to justice.
Please feel free to contact the relevant Help Office to check any contact that offers any assistance on behalf of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.
