Open call for returnees and socially vulnerable population for in-kind grants, training and reconstruction for improvement of living conditions.
Within the project "Migration management and support to return of asyulm seekers III" Help is announcing an open call for returnees, and socially vulnerable population to apply for the in-kind grants, training and reconstruction.
The application process goes through the info centres within the SKRUG-League of Roma network. Available types of assistance:
- Equipment for starting micro and small entrepreneurial businesses (crafts, services, agriculture) for employment and self-employment. Income-generating application form: I6 - SRB148_Application_Form_IGA_DEC 2020(1)
- Business and professional training to improve knowledge, skills and qualifications for employment and self-employment.
- Reconstruction of homes and basic furniture and household appliances to improve living conditions (Basic conditions: the real estate and property must be duly registered in the name of the applicant in the real estate cadastre at the Republic Geodetic Authority https://katastar.rgz.vor.rs/eKatastarPublic/PublicAccess.aspx)
All-natual persons have the right to assistance and support - returnees under a readmission agreement, asylum seekers and members of socially vulnerable groups.

The Application process is possible until the end of February 2021.
Help is implementing the project "Migration management and support to return of asylum seekers III" from December 2020 to the end of November 2021 with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationalle Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH under the Migration for Development (PME) Programme. The Programme is part of the global initiative "Returning to New Opportunities" of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
