Tender announcement – Mid-term project evaluation

The German non-governmental organisation Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe in Serbia invites qualified and specialised contractors to submit offers for conducting the mid-term evaluation of the project “Support to employment and self-employment of vulnerable groups” funded by the Swedish government through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency Sida and implemented by Help in Serbia.

The deadline for submission of qualified offers, in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the tender reference number and address, is Thursday, April 17, 2025, no later than 2 PM.

Questions and comments may be sent no later than April 9, 2025, at 4 PM to the following email address djurdjevic@help-ev.de, with mandatory indication of the reference number: PSRB-145-21-25-EV01.

NB: If you are not a legal entity, when registering (i.e. filling out the application form), you should enter random numbers (e.g. “0000000”) in the fields “PIB” and “Maticni broj” since empty fields are not allowed. This is necessary in order to correctly complete the application form and download tender documentation.
