HR Regional Manager for Southeast and East Europe – vacancy
Help Regional Office for Southeast and East Europe (currently covering Help offices in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, and Ukraine) is looking for a qualified professional with experience in the international environment for the position of Regional HR Manager.
Your expertise is aligned with the current trends in the human resource management field, and you handle with ease diversity, equity, inclusion, employee well-being, employee engagement and development and you can easily implement standards, and procedures and create policies. You are tasked with creating and administering programs that improve workplace efficiency and employer-employee relationships among Help employees in Southeast and East Europe.
