Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. invites an independent external consultant for submitting a proposal for the evaluation of the project implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
Help aims to ensure quality in its work and thus builds on a strong culture of lessons learnt. As such, Help is committed to reviewing its programs through external evaluations.
The evaluation will make a comprehensive assessment of the program describing the project’s relevance, its level of success in achieving its objectives, program efficiency and effectiveness, methodology, sustainability and impact of its interventions, and the impact (Key outcomes – effects) attributable to the program, identifying key weaknesses and assessing its contribution to socio-economic stability in the region.
The deadline for submitting an offer for the evaluation of the project including a financial offer electronically via email to mock@help-ev.de is due by 12:00 hrs, Tuesday, 9 August 2022.
No short-listing of candidates is envisaged.
