Within the Help's project, "Increased employability and income generation for vulnerable groups" in Babusnica, Leskovac, Pozarevac, Prijepolje, and Vladicin Han, a call for applications for in-kind grants has been opened. Interested individuals with realistic and viable business ideas can apply for support in acquiring equipment to start or develop a business activity in the following amounts:
- 2,000 euros
- 3,600 euros with the condition of employing one unemployed person.
In addition to equipment, beneficiaries who pass two stages of selection and sign a donation contract will have the opportunity to attend business and professional training according to their needs and approved business plans. Business consulting is provided in cooperation with local partners throughout the project's duration.
The obligations of individuals who sign a donation agreement with Help are as follows:
- Contribute 10% of the value of the donated equipment.
- Register their activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia.
- Attend business training sessions organized by Help.
Priority is given to unemployed members of vulnerable population groups at an increased risk of social exclusion, including Roma, informal collectors of secondary raw materials, long-term unemployed individuals, women, young people, rural populations, and multi-member families.
During this phase of the project, support is also provided in the form of a six-month "on-the-job training" internship with selected employers in Bac, Babusnica, Leskovac, and Vladicin Han. After the internship concludes, long-term employment is supported by donating equipment to the employer.

The project "Assistance in Employment and Self-Employment for Vulnerable Groups" is financed by the Swedish government through the Swedish Agency for International Development and Cooperation (Sida), and it is co-financed by the cities and municipalities included in the project activities.
In the third phase of project implementation in 2023-2024, activities are conducted in cooperation with local self-governments within the territories of Babusnica, Leskovac, Pozarevac, Prijepolje, and Vladicin Han.
