Help equipped Daily hospital for children and adolescents in Nis to improve treatment and outpatients’ conditions within the Clinics for protection of mental health.
Within the German development cooperation, the organisation Help equipped the Daily hospital for children and adolescents of the Department for Children and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Centre for protection of mental health Clinical Centre Nis in the value of 1,2 million dinars.
In addition to the insufficient number of medical professionals, there is also a constant need for the equipment required for various types of activity, expressive and psychotherapy and up-to-date material for psychological testing of patients.
The main goal was to equip the daily hospital space for both patients and staff of the Department of child and adolescent psychiatry CC Nis with equipment and devices to improve conditions for treatment and stay of children and adolescents through the constant quality of health services and comprehensive preservation of mental and neurological health of children.
Purchase of equipment like kitchen elements, shelves, tables, curtains, beds, technical and computer devices, A/Cs, mattresses, bedding sets, but also cognitive sets, matrix and manuals, questionnaires etc. for 1,179,233,50 RSD were made within Help project "Support to socio-economic stability in the Western Balkans 2019-2020".
