The subject of data protection is personal data. This is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (so-called data subject). Contact form and e-mail contact
Contact form
You have the possibility to contact us using our contact form. If you use our contact form, we ask you for your name and e-mail address. You can also enter your individual message to us in the message field. We process this data on the basis of your declaration of consent, which you give us before sending the contact form to us. The legal basis for the processing of the data is, with your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. It is your free decision whether you provide us with this data. Without this information, however, we will not be able to fulfil your contact request in this way. The purpose of processing your data is solely to process your contact request. You have the possibility to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future. In such a case, the requested contact cannot be carried out or continued.
E-mail contact
As an alternative to using our contact form, it is possible to contact us via e-mail addresses provided on our website. In this case, the data transmitted by you will be stored together with your e-mail address. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation.
The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) DSGVO.
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. For personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with you has ended. The conversation is finished when it can be concluded from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified.
You can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. In such a case, however, the conversation cannot be continued.
Recipients of personal data
Internal recipients: Within our company, only those persons who need access for the above mentioned purposes have access.
External recipients: We will only pass on your personal data to external recipients outside of Help if this is necessary to process or handle your request, if another legal permission exists or if we have your consent to do so.
External recipients can be:
a) Order processors
Service providers we use to provide services, for example in the areas of technical infrastructure and maintenance for our offerings or the provision of content. These contract processors are carefully selected and regularly reviewed by us to ensure that your privacy is protected. The service providers may only use the data for the purposes we have specified.
b) Public authorities
Authorities and state institutions, such as public prosecutors’ offices, courts or tax authorities, to which we must transfer personal data for legally binding reasons
Storage duration
Please refer to the respective chapter on data processing for the storage period of personal data. In addition, the following generally applies: we only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes or – in the case of consent – as long as you have not revoked your consent. In the event of an objection, we will delete your personal data, unless further processing is permitted under the relevant legal provisions. We also delete your personal data if we are obliged to do so for legal reasons.
Rights of data subjects
As a person affected by the data processing, you have numerous rights as listed below:
Right to information: You have the right to receive information about the data we have stored about you.
Right of correction and deletion: You can demand that we correct incorrect data and – if the legal requirements are met – delete your data.
Restriction of processing: You can demand that we restrict the processing of your data, provided the legal requirements are met.
Data transferability: If you have provided us with data on the basis of a contract or consent, you can demand, if the legal requirements are met, that you receive the data you have provided in a structured, common and machine-readable format or that we transfer it to another responsible party.
Revocation of consent: If you have given us consent to process your data, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the processing of your data until revocation remains unaffected.
Right of complaint to the supervisory authority: You can also submit a complaint to the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable law. You can contact the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence or your country or the data protection authority responsible for us.

Right of objection according to Art. 21 DSGV0
In addition to the general rights of data subjects listed under „Data subject rights“ in this data protection declaration, you have a right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO.
Right of objection on a case-by-case basis: You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data relating to you, which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter e) DSGVO (data processing in the public interest), and Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) DSGVO (data processing based on a weighing of interests). This also applies to profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 4 DSGVO. If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can prove compelling reasons for processing worthy of protection that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to object to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing: In individual cases, we process your data for the purpose of direct marketing. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising. This also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.

Tenders/Public Calls/E-application
If you use Tenders/Public Calls/E-application information collected is saved on our hosting provider and emails. Information is not passed to the third parties and they are used to process you application/reviews and contact. We would use this data to contact you in future if you want us to contact you as per usage of E-application, Tenders and Public calls are time limited and based on one time application.
Information collected in E-application are saved on browser local storage using IndexedDB, it is storage located on you device, you can delete this data by deleting our website history or by clearing cache of browser. Access to this data is restricted by domain using browser security and its going to expire once the e-application is expired, usually 15-20 days.
