Objectives

Improved position of returnees and socially vulnerable in Serbia through economic empowerment and improvement of living conditions.

Specific goals of the project imply support to returnees in the reintegration process, improvement of living conditions of returnees and extremely vulnerable families, employment opportunities by encouraging entrepreneurship and development of cooperatives, improvement of qualifications, competences and competitiveness of the target population groups.

Description

In cooperation with the SKRUG - League of Roma and YUROM Centre by establishing a line of communication flow through information centres, returnees and vulnerable will be able to utilise the support measures such as inclusion into the formal system of education, resolving housing conditions with reconstruction and equipping with basic furniture and household appliances.

Economic empowerment will be achieved through the in-kind grants for entrepreneurial activities and the establishment/development of cooperatives/associations. Roma and vulnerable can improve their skills and knowledge through tailor-made business and vocational training.

Improvement of living conditions of local communities, health and educational institutions like schools. Development of social platform and networking of existing and new beneficiaries.

Within the project and in close cooperation with the donor, Help provided means for the supporting activities in response to the COVID19 pandemics and hence caused existing crisis.
