Objectives

The project aims at contributing the inclusion of marginalized Roma and other vulnerable population groups into the social and economic life of the country and reduction of poverty among the targeted groups. Specific objective is provision of improved access to the labour market to vulnerable groups with focus on Roma women and youth.

Description

Components:
Enabling labour market access to the target group through workshops, networking, in-kind grants, business and vocational trainings, study visits, Roma employability study;
Youth employability increase through on-the-job trainings and in-kind grants

Expected results:

Created and applied mechanisms and models for better employment access; raised awareness on education and employment opportunities; increased synergy level of interaction between institutions and organizations; Roma women role models created; target group living standards raised; unemployment rate decreased; local sustainable development strategies facilitated; local democratization process promoted.
