Professional training through practice at work

Among several dozens of employers at the 14th National Employment Service’ “Employment Fair” held in Kraljevo on the 5th of April 2016, the organization Help had its fair booth to present its work.

After the opening ceremony attended by the Kraljevo Mayor Tomislav Ilic and the National Employment Service Deputy Director Dragan Sikimic, Help officially handed over individual internship agreements within the project “Poverty reduction and enhancement of employment opportunities of marginalized and vulnerable population groups with focus on Roma women in Serbia”.

Help project is financed by Sida, and co-financed by the City of Kraljevo. National Employment Service is one of the partners in the component aimed to provide six months internship to unemployed. Thus, within the project 20 young unemployed people from Kraljevo and 20 from Vranje got the chance for a professional training and practise in duration of six months and possibility of permanent employment.
